• Depending on where Jay is working, he could be subjected to an environment that has more pollution and more environmental irritants. This could make his shortness of breath worse as well as his cough more prevalent. It would be important to consider this in his treatment. 
• Additionally, it would be important to consider what type of job that Jay has. If it is more manual labour, it would be important to find alternative solutions to help his shortness of breath so that if he were to return to work, he would have strategies to help improve his symptoms.
