Omar is a 45 year old male who has recently been diagnosed with ALS. He recently presented with a drop foot on the right side and shortness of breath on exertion. He has been complaining recently that his right leg has started to feel much weaker than his left. His wife is attending the session and states that she has noticed he has been walking differently since he has been diagnosed.
